Nick went above and beyond and I cannot be happier and I could’ve not had a better loan officer Nick and his team fucking keep fucking rocking and keep helping other veterans and thank you Nick for your service. Overall between Shay, Danielle and Brittany I had an amazing home buying experience, it's always a stressful process but all together they made sure to not only hold my hand and walk me through everything, but they also handled all the issues with such grace and compassion, it's been a great experience.

The overall experience with Veterans United and the loan team I worked with was phenomenal! Their “during the course of steps” videos were informative and helpful all the way around. The underwriter process can be daunting at best, but my team made it a little easier to handle and maneuver through. I felt more like a partner than a subject throughout the process. I honestly loved how VU guided us through this process the entire way. The ease of the mobile app and signing E-docs is a game changer! A lot of the communication was through text for the random questions I had, and that made such a good experience. Always fast responses. I have no doubt about using them again in the future.
