The loan assumption process went as smooth as it could and the team was great. It was the aftermath that I am still dealing with. The discrepancies in payments causing a late fee and unnecessary confusion. And then insurance lapse during the period that I didn't even own a home. What is going on United Veterans? I bet none of you even know.
