As a first time homebuyer, approaching the process with limited knowledge was very intimidating but everyone on the team made everything easy to understand with step by step instructions, and always answered any questions I had in a timely manner. They also were very patient and accommodating around my schedule which made the process much less stressful than it would have been otherwise.
Our whole experience with Vectren's United was AMAZING! As young first time homeowners they made the process a lot less scary. The app was so easy to upload and revive our documents. The whole team we worked with were great and responded quickly! I HIGHLY recommend going through VU for your home purchase!

Chelsea was absolutely phenomenal!! First, she understood that we were new at this and listened to our concerns whe finding a realtor. And she couldn't have chosen a better fit for us. She was also very understanding and took my preferred way of communication due to medical issues and was very prompt whenever questions arose during the process. She so kind and genuine and absolutely amazing and was there from ghe moment we walked through her door until we walked out with the key to our house. The process itself was less stressful and very easy than if we would have done so on our own. I would recommend using Veteran Homes United 100/10.
