While I was expecting closing to be 30 days out, we still closed and thats all that mattered, thanks to the team here we were able to get the house I wanted, 2nd house I've owned and yet another successful exceptional service provided by the underwriting team, agents, and loan officer. When I needed help finding a place, there was a dedicated Realty team.
When I needed help with the loan, there was a dedicated Finance team.
When it came to insurance, there were several individuals reaching out to me from separate teams.
Though the assurance that people want to help is good, it was confusing regarding who I should be talking to.Recommend a more intentional introduction with the concierge as the first step, followed by deliberate hand-offs between teams to ensure a continuum of customer care through each step of the home-buying process.
Everyone went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We are truly grateful for the entire team. The process ran smoothly!!
The team has been working with me for almost 2 years as I was trying to get qualified, letting me know what I needed to work on, through finally getting the pre-approval, working with me and even working to increase my pre-approval amount which I needed to get a home in my area. The team as a whole took calls (even after hours and on weekends) & walked me through “what’s next”, answer all questions and explaining anything that I didn’t grasp…including questions from our Realitor. Veterans United makes the home buying process almost effortless. This is my second home using Veterans United and I think so highly of there service I recommended them to my son and daughter in law when they were buying their first home.
I first contacted VU in 2021, because we were fed up with the management of our apartment complex. Due to unforeseen circumstances we started the process, but never finished. We tried again, unforeseen circumstances kept us from going forward. Jake and Connie both kept in touch to let us know they were ready when we were. Finally this year we were able to get to the finish line. The team we had worked hard and quickly to make our dreams come true! VU is the best!
