My home buying process with Veterans United was excellent. I wanted to find a company I could trust with this process and Joseph and his team delivered on every level.
What I said above in the commentary about Mark Sexton pretty much says it all.I wouldn't just "use Veterans United again"....I'd actually feel wrong and naked and unequipped going with any other company. THAT'S how seamless and satisfying this whole experience with Veterans United was. Thanks! You all rock!
Everything went well only thing was the lenders needing the entire time share contract, that is over 80 pages and we just happened to have it saved on line or we wouldn’t have had. We sent maintenance fees also just entirely too much. Everytime we turned around something different, just give me to do list with everything needed and don’t keep adding. I think we also sent some things twice but just me venting I’m getting too old to keep hunting paperwork.
My experience with this group is one of the best things to happen to me in a long while!!

Veterans United staff were courteous and prompt. The overall experience was well organized and went smoothly. This is not our first home purchase, and our previous experiences were similar in terms of the actual process; however, where Veteran’s united made the difference was the attitude and kindness of the team. Jerry and Kaylyn made the difference, they made the experience easy.I was impressed with their customer portal too. It was very intuitive.
