The process of refinancing started smoothly however, after weeks and weeks of document requests and going back to the same sources multiple times for different documents I became frustrated. I was told one thing multiple times while another was taking place behind the scenes. I was told things would be done before closing and they were not, when closing time rolled around I messaged and got no response to my questions. I was left to either sign the paperwork and agree to terms I was frustrated with or delay an already frustrating process even longer. Can’t say I would recommend to my fellow service members.

Thank you for sharing this feedback. I’m sorry the refinancing process became so frustrating, especially after repeated document requests and feeling like you weren’t getting clear or timely answers. I can also understand how difficult it must have been to reach closing with unanswered questions and feel like your options were to move forward or face another delay.
