Ryan Sherman and Dalton did a phenomenal job with this process. Having mild ptsd it never flared up doing this process and they kept me feeling calm and assured that everything would be ok. I from the bottom of my heart appreciate the hard work they did.
The whole process was great, however one person in the team was at many times unprofessional and extremely hard to work with. This person was Heather Vivone, the Loan Coordinator. At multiple times, she was unclear with what she needed from us and on top of that she treated my realtor Elaine with attitude and unprofessional within emails and text. Additionally, when talking to her on the phone about questions we had, she would at times be impolite and direct me to my realtor as if she wasn't the one to answer my questions. Other than not wanting to work with Heather ever again, we would say the complete opposite of the rest of the team. Thank you Molly and Elaine, not you Heather.
