When we started our home search, I reached out to this team, as we used them with the purchase of our previous home. The next day, we had the ball rolling. It was a seamless process. I kept waiting for a glitch because it ran so smoothly, but there wasn't any. I reached out to Stephanie on January 16, 2024. We had our loan approved and everything was completed within a month.
