Buying this house was so easy and I still can’t believe it was possible. The entire team that worked on our loan was amazing. Travis and Greg were amazing throughout the entire LONG process. Were always available and ready to answer any and all questions we had! So very thankful for those two!
I was not very comfortable with the electronic media of completing request for information. This discomfort was not with platform used but the changes in names during the process increased my distrust of the company initially. With in this cyber vulnerable environment consistency with whom you work with helps decrease suspicions.
Overall, my experience with Veterans United was not smooth and rather frustrating. I will be refinancing in the near future and they will not be my lenders.
