When you are buying a house talk to veterans united you cant go wrong and they are there for you all the way til the end to make sure eveything work out. They are best in my book and they will be the best in yours.

was Very Upset with underwriting after acceptance of offer. July 20th, all of August goes by after submitting any and all Documents, and Statements. They dragged it out for over a Month and had to bypass the original closing date twice, because then I had to resubmit more documents for the new month and verifications had to be redone. I am sorry ! Overall, the preapproval process was very nice and quick. My Agent was very helpful, and patient keeping me calm, great effort helping me find my right home. Thank you, Tamera

Aaron went bat for me when they were optimistic about my decision on a home. No bank would have cared like him and his team.
Initially I was very excited about being a first time home buyer using my VA loan. The financial team assigned to me did a less than stellar job with preparing me for the ride. Example, I was told through my initial contract my rate would be 5.1% but somehow my closing rate was 5.675… due to my rate not being locked in (unbeknownst to me). Overall, the experience left me disappointed and discourage from using VU in the future or referring them to friends and family members. #nothappy
