the only thing i would have to add is to communicate more during the closing process. because mine was a mail out. I did not find out until 2 days before closing what was actually going to happen and what was going to required of me and that information was wrong. It turned out I had to do everything myself, like find my own notary. lucky for all of us i had friends here in the realtor business and they pointed me in the right direction without them we wouldn't have closed on time.

The team that helped me was all amazing they made this process very easy for me, with their help, confidence and knowledge was less stressful for me. I highly recommend them to any first time buyers.
