I originally called Veteran's United because of a commercial I saw for the company. This is one of the few commercials I have ever seen that was spot on with what they said about the company. They go out of their way to be there for, support and help their customers and bend over backwards to make it as easy an experience as possible. I absolutely loved my whole team and will send any veteran's I can to them for help with home buying.
Again just the closing cost thing again, I raised the amount I borrowed to have the seller cover the closing cost and that was a big slap in the face and also talking to the seller afterward about it and he asked why no one contacted him because he would have understood and provided more with no question.
If you ever have any questions about which company you want to use to finance your home loan with. Stop right now, because it’s Veterans United!!
My first loan was not through them and it was a nightmare!… this second loan was suuupper smooth. The whole team works very well together to do nothing but help you along the process.
