Loan coordinator sent very vague emails. Basically copy and pasted the same info. Asked the same question numerous times. Left numerous voice mails and never received a call back. Asked the Loan office (John) to speak with me and leave the loan coordinator out and he did. Things got hectic and confusing at times and John kept me updated and well informed.

I began working with Zane Hildreth on a loan for the purchase of a home for my family. My budget situation changed over time and interest rates also changed.
