We did our due diligence and shopped around. It came down to VU and one other mortgage company but after speaking with Daniel Perry we felt he was our best choice. I feel we made the right decision. Daniel and his team made this endeavor extremely painless and quite easy. I could reach Daniel everytime I called or texted. If he didn't answer right away he always called back shortly after. He answered all of our questions and walked us through the process step by step. As far as I'm concerned Daniel and his team deserve a raise. We are extremely happy and grateful with the whole process. I enjoyed working with him and the whole Veterans United team. Especially Daniel Perry and Yadeth Garcia. They were the 2 we interacted with the most and they both met and exceeded expectations. Thx to everyone to helped.
This was my third time using VU and by far the best. The team was exceptional and I truly appreciate everything they did.

The experience we had with Veterans United was awesome. Easy to work with, well structured portal were I could find the needed information and upload requested documents easily, and great people. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, never once giving us the feeling we were interrupting their day with our random calls, confident they were on top of what needed to be done or what we could expect. Keep up the great work! If you have a chance to work with the "A" team (MarissA, ShaynA, AliscA), take it.
I don’t need an unfiltered review. I have nothing but good things to say the whole team was very patient with me went to a lot of trouble to make sure that I got my financing completed very easy to do business with always very cheerful and very helpful. I would certainly recommend and use them again.
Ginny and her team were wonderful from preapproval to postclosing! We never felt like we were in the dark and they all communicated so well. Bonus— we were even able to close before 30 days!
