Both Adam and Shan were incredible during this whole process. They made it so smooth and went as quickly as we possibly could to close on the date we chose. If I could give them a rating of 10,000% I most certainly would.
My Team from start to finish was outstanding. Reed, Stephanie, Briana, Cyleste and her Husband Brett, with this being my first time buying a home they said it was a lot involved but they were going to be there with me every single step of the way and they true to their word. I’m not super great with communication especially being in a time zone 4 hours different but Drennan and team made sure to leave voicemails and texts with important information/updates and attempt to be available more at my convenience than theirs

My experience with Veterans United was outstanding. They answered my questions and keep me up to date on the whole process. I would recommend them to everyone.
The team was great! But Veterans United needs areas of improvement, there’s a couple of co workers that had some issues with you all. As a customer purchasing a new home could be scary. It’s a lot of money after all. There should be a teams meeting/zoom meeting (etc.) on the closing disclosures, the ins or outs of this document, if you will. Create a power point or something that can be easily edited to fit all the data on the actual closing disclosure, so the customer has a better understanding of everything. Idk also giving them the opportunity to save it, and come back around to review even after the purchase is done as a refresher. Last but not least, taking that extra step in teaching the customer better ways to save money on the property, like county tax exemption form in case property taxes change. Creating such programs will benefit the company/customers. Us being Veterans admire integrity and loyalty in establishments that take care of us.
Both Dennis and Jessica communicated everything through the whole process and were very helpful and knowledgeable if I had any questions. I would recommend these two to anyone looking to establish a VA Loan or refinance.
