The VA agent did not communicate with me that I did not qualify for VA Financing in a timely manner. When he finally communicated the missing form number, there was no time to get it, the interest rate had changed substantially and I didn’t have time to pursue other conventional loans. I was left with no option but to continue with the conventional loan provided by the VA.

Veteran United Home Loans Company is a great place to apply for a mortgage, especially Mis Dava and her team, great people to work with, they have everything ready for my wife and I to closed our loan on time. Great job guys..

This was my first time purchasing a home. As such, there were a lot of things that I did not know. I never felt punished for asking questions that I may have needed to know before starting this journey, nor did I ever feel like I was taking time away from this team of professionals from any of their other duties or responsibilities. Every time I had a question, I either received the answer, explanations on any misunderstanding that I had or the time from the team members to help find the answer to my question. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that would be looking to purchase in the future.

I was more than happy with everything they did for me. Made the refinance of my home simple and uncomplicated. I highly recommend them for your needs.
