Everyone at VU was great along the way but I need to give a huge and special shoutout to Stephanie Hoffman. Stephanie did not flinch with any questions comments or concerns. She was extremely knowledgeable on the entire process and was available near 24/7 to help even while dealing with other customers and her own personal life. At no point was I ever in the dark on any of the process and this was definitely due to Stephanie and the care she provided.
This was my second experience with Veterans United and this was another amazing and awesome experience for us.
