Overall my experience with Veterans United was great. I had a unique situation for my loan team and it was almost handled perfectly with one hiccup at the end that while in my specific situation didn't cause any major issues but could have in others. I hope they can learn from this experience, but at the end of the day I would still refer anyone eligible for a VA loan to Veterans United.

Very happy with the outcome. Everything went smooth. Got a 2 month break on payments. We are very excited. We were able to buy a new fridge and paint the kitchen and dinning room. next is a new washer and dryer.

My loan officer Mr. Zach Roberts and his team did a great job through the process of building my house. He helped from start to finish and also still helps me when I have any questions. First, I was directed by Mr. Zach to Ms. Brook to help me fix my credit history so I could qualify for more VA loans if I needed to buy or build a bigger house. Mr. Robert is very patient and understanding when talking and explaining to me about the whole process. He is always willing to help me every time I talk to him. I would recommend Mr. Zach Robert for an award if VA Housing is giving one out. Also, I will recommend him to my other battle buddies and Veterans.
