I’ve never felt so appreciated in the homebuying process as I did with veterans United. From the beginning they were very welcoming and very knowledgeable about working with veterans and veteran programs. I really appreciated that. Also the home buying kit gift really brightened up my day. I was very happy with everything and everyone. I highly recommend Veterans United. As my kids would say 10/10 without a doubt.
Overall it was a pleasant experience. Only negative comment I have relates to the underwriters multiple requests for information. Instead of providing me with an inclusive list of information required, I was sent email after email stating that I had more "to do" items in the VU portal. This became frustrating enough that I almost stopped the loan process. Highly recommend that this area receive some attention as it was a "bad rainstorm" on an otherwise "sunny day at the beach".
From the outset, Veterans United made themselves OUR TEAM. I don’t understand how it all came together so quickly and technology being what it is, everything went fast. But we never felt like just another number or a nuisance. They were responsive on a level we have rarely experienced. I would recommend them to everyone!!
