The whole team was absolutely amazing! A1

Great Opportunity 😃

This was my first time purchasing a home and I couldn't have been more pleased with Cory, Hilary, Rich, and Cassidy. Thank you to everyone for allowing this process to be stress free and helping me get into my new home.

Couldn’t be any happier thanks to all of you guys/gals did an absolute amazing
Job.

Veterans United is awesome. Highly recommended. 11 out of 10 stars..

Thank you for helping me buy my first home. This really means a lot to me because I never had a childhood home growing up. I’m grateful to be able to give my son the things my Mom couldn’t give me.

This is the second home purchased through Veterans United both times they have made us feel like family.

So Mirza seemed like he was spread really thin, between not answering the phone and acting like he was ready to get off the phone when we did get ahold of him. But other than that everyone did a great job.

Veterans United made the home buying process seemless. It was my first home purchase, but I can not see how it could’ve gone smoother thanks to the help of my lending team.

I trusted yall to make sure i didnt get make a bad decision. The AC failed i had someone come diag and they said it should have never passed inspection. I am grateful that i cab afford the repair, but i squarly blame VU abd your choosen realtor for not making sure i was properly informed on my purchase
Response from Veterans United

I’m so sorry to see this. If you’re willing, I’m here to listen and look into anything you’d like to discuss from your experience. I’ve left you a voicemail with my direct callback information and hope to hear from you soon. Client Advocate is always here for you.
Very sincerely,

Love it!! I felt greatly appreciated for my time serving my country and I highly recommend this process to anyone

Brian and Nikki were very helpful getting me through this process with VU. How ever I can't say the same thing for the underwriting dept. This is my 6th house buying and I have never seen an underwriting department be so picky. Example, pension are for life, I had to go above and beyond to prove this by getting letters for each pension saying pension is for life. 2nd, I had $32 going from one checking account to another (My play money). After explaining this twice with a statement, that was not good enough. Remember $32.00, had to go to PNC Bank and have the Loan Officer write a letter saying that the $32 was not a loan and in fact it was my money going from one account to another account. 3rd, I owned a Condo 25 years ago and was sold more then 20 year ago and has been bought and sold a number of times (Calif. Market). This address as Never come up in the last 5 houses that I have bought and sold but I had to write a statement concerning this property. The "To Do List" never seems to end and again this is house # 6 for me. I think the process could have been allot smoother. I picked Veteran United thinking the process is better then using a Bank, now I'm not so sure.

I was very pleased with the entire experience

Two thumbs up to Shane and his team Jim was extremely awesome and everybody else along the way. Make sure that we knew what we were doing and what we were signing up for and helped us get into the home that we plan to live into the rest of our lives
