The overall process was mostly smooth and the staff was helpful but eventually got to the point of having too many people involved. I was fine dealing with Chris and Blair but throwing Alex into the mix did not help and often made matters more confusing for myself and my realtor. It was also poor communication from him and we felt it resulted in our closing date having to be pushed out further than we wanted. Again, Chris was outstanding and I was happy with Blair too.
United veterans was a blessing to work with and helped us every step of the way, knowledable, kind, informative and succeeded our expectations.
