Veterans United is a very straight forward company and will activily check on you throughout the entire process instead of only saying they’ll reach out. I was able to reach them easily from the simplist of questions to some that I was unsure about asking. I highly recommend Veterans United to anyone looking to purchase their next home.
I just want to say that Matt Torres and Noelle Anderson were amazing. They always kept me well informed and made sure I knew every step needed to secure my new home. They took a lot of the stress out of a very stressful situation. Noelle went out of her way to assist me in getting certain documents needed for the closing. Matt at one point, settled my nerves when I was ready to bail out! Also, to my surprise, when the closing was complete, they sent me a gift for my dog. Matt remembered his name through casual conversation. But I looked at "Chopper" and said...What the hell did you do to deserve a gift??? That was pretty cool. Their professionalism and friendliness really makes you feel like part of the Veterans United family.
To be honest I never thought I'd qualify somehow they pulled a rabbit out of a hat, well done Veterans United.
