As this is my second time working with Veterans United for home buying reasons, I cannot fully fault this side for how rocky this purchase was. However, I was incredibly disappointed in the overall lack of communication between lender and title and the expectance of myself, a Veteran with PTSD, anxiety and depression to constantly be a middle man between the two. I hope from this experience, no one else ever has to go through what I did.
I would recommend anyone interested in purchasing a home to veteran united. They will not be disappointed. To quote from a movie; I would chose them 7 days a week and twice on Sunday

Well there should be an area for Stephanie Pantaleo her and Rachel Bruce is the best team around I would recommend them both to help you . Stephanie is a fighter she made sure she got it threw to the right person the first time . I would also give her a 100 . Trust me you get them both on your team you will not regret it .

Veterans united deserves 10 stars. This was by far the easiest home buying process I have ever went through. The app makes it extremely easy to upload documents. This is my second VA loan, the first with cross country mortgage was an absolute nightmare, but this time was so very different.
