The entire experience from beginning to end was amazing. I’ve already started to tell others!

From the welcome package received upon our initial consultation, to the various team members who handling our loan process from start to finish we are extremely impressed. Everyone was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The Housewarming Gift was a very nice surprise and the Portal Platform is very user friendly and easy to navigate and find resources. This is a first class organization and we had a phenomenal experience overall.


Home buying can be an anxiety filled experience which at times can feel like your personal life is being scrutinized. However Veterans United truly cares about Veterans, at every turn Amy and her team lessened my anxiety and helped me get in to the home I wanted.





Communication was not great, I spoke only twice to my lender. I didn't get any information about the process as it was going as well.




The process should be more user friendly, often time we forget the common sense factor and forget to take into account the human factor. Buying a home is stressful enough, the least the team can do is try to not take everything as black and white and be flexible. I felt as if my integrity was in question often during this process along with feeling as if I was being discriminated against because I am a black women with a great paying job at a reputable company. I would never recommend VU to another veteran.

I can’t express enough how grateful I am to everyone at VU. There were so many issues throughout the home building process and none of them were caused by VU. On the contrary, VU helped resolve and speed up the process. They returned my calls and messages, worked around my hectic work schedule, and were always professional. During the closing process, there were email strings between the Builder, construction loan Bank and VU where the first two became unprofessional. I was impressed with how VU responded; respectfully and direct. They are exactly how a business should operate. I’m so very thankful for y’all.

Had a few issues with the loan coordinator not listening to us about what we had already paid for, got more communication from our loan officer. Also was having an issue with our water test from the loan coordinator, 6 days before closing, but our loan officer and realtor got it taken care of.
