I’m glad I used a VA loan instead of a conventional, FHA or physicians loan as my first mortgage loan. The process was seamless and my team explained the fairly complicated process of financing a hike purchase. Will utilize a VA loan again in the future

If you’re a veteran and qualify for a VA loan (especially if you’ve never used one before) these guys at Veterans United are exactly who you need to use. They collectively give you direction and motivation to work towards your ultimate endstate of buying a home within your financial abilities. Plus they are trustworthy by keeping all sensitive information protected and secure during the entire process. As with anything Murphy’s Law is still in effect. Veteran’s United are proactive with finding issues, but are lightning fast when needing to be reactive with problems that are unforeseen. Was told the day of I wasn’t closing. Constant miscommunication on closing. Last minute “to do” that through off the closing. Several times I’ve called and no one answered, then called for the manager and found out the person was there. Amazing at the beginning, but fell off completely once we got closer to closing. We were expected to have things done, as we did in a timely/quick manner, but constantly felt like we were expected to take days off to accommodate the loan to do list. Great rates though.
