From my first phone call to the last my loan team made everything smooth and easy even when things got rocky. Lance Nilson and Nathan graham did everything in their power to ensure our loan was approved even when myself as a buyer thought it wouldn’t. Veterans United is an awesome place for veterans to go for whatever loan they need for getting a home. Even when my Va loan fell through because of some technicalities our loan officer did everything in his power to get us to closing and now we are proud homeowners and forever veterans united customers.

We had reservations, but the online process and communication were excellent. Couldn’t ask for a smoother experience, and this is coming from a former loan processor with 10+ experience in the mortgage industry and Mortgage Bankers Association certification.

I can't express how much veterans united customer service was during the whole process. They were exceptional ! Veterans united should be the gold standard for all other VA loan service vendors.
Steph-was always excellent at replying and following through. There was a couple times where we needed stuff expedited late in the afternoon and she got it done.
I have to give credit where credit is due. Justin, Thomas, Jesse, and my realtor Shelley were an outstanding cohesive team. They work together and were able to make my dream of owning a home come true. Justin is a down to earth guy who is not afraid to fight for his customers and get them the best deal possible and then some. His leadership was on point and I feel lucky I was able to get a professional like that in my corner. I would recommend this team to anyone who is looking for a straightforward streamlined home buying experience. The customer service is top notch and the app makes your end of the process easy. Not only does it walk you through the process with written instruction but there are also video tutorials that make it simple to understand.
