Veterans United helped me get the loan with ease on the paperwork and to do lists. I wish they would have give me advice about making sure I have an attorney to look over disclosures and made sure the inspector, seller, and Realtor didn't take advantage of me but unfortunately that's how it was and now im stuck with alot of work on a very expensive house. The loan was the easy part so I can't blame Veterans United.

While the VA appraisal process is limited to assessing a property’s value at face value, we always recommend a full home inspection and, if needed, consulting an attorney to protect your interests before closing. This was my first time buying a home. My loan servicing agent was Martin Schneider, from the beginning was kind, intelligent, and dedicating to helping me. The process started when I was stationed in Germany and wrapped up seamlessly with only 4 days before closing when I arrived at my new duty station.
