
My loan has already been sold off, also my loan was changed during the process further delaying the closing. Apparently these people had no idea what they were doing.

You finished on time for COE but your associate dropped the ball and didn't record a "to do" that could have delayed closing. If I hadn't caught it in the 11th hour, closing on the exact date probably would not have happened. Have her focus a little less on her vacation and a little more on my "to do's".




I've never purchased a home before and didn't know where to start or what to do. Josh and his team explained everything in detail and terms that I understood and encouraged communication for any matter or concerns I had. Every to do item on their app was easily uploaded and extremely user friendly - I literally purchased a home using my phone!!! What I thought was going to be a slow drawn out process, actually turned out to be rather quick. Also the team members that provided home insurance AND the move coordinator who helps with utilities are awesome too. These people don't mess around about getting you into a home. 10 out of 10 highly recommend Vterans United!!!
