I have nothing but the highest opinion of the entire team that helped me with this process from start to finish. They have been nothing but professional, informative, and timely in responses to questions I had.
Veterans United from beginning to end made this whole process extremely stress free and easy specially when I was afraid it was going to be stressful. My loan specialists Derek Kriegshauser and Matt Brandt were with me for every step of the way, always reaching out and updating me on the progress of my application.
I complied with everything they requested. Then things changed. Every thing had to be done over, in different average. The changes were always at the last minute putting my wife in a constant fear the loan wouldn’t go through. My wife is 79 years old. She did not need this stress.
Truthfully, just really long gaps between communication to and from the underwriter - to me it seems like there are too many cooks in the kitchen. Rachael was pleasant :)
