Tyler was exceptional. I live in California and in spite of the time difference and day of the week, he made himself available to answer all my questions. I've already recommended him to some family members and will continue to do so for whomever reaches out to me for a reference.
I started getting confused on who was who. I had 3 people that were my loan agents. Which one was I supposed to talk to. If I asked a question anyone of the 3 would answer but I think it would be better to talk to just one person.
