Veterans United could not make it any easier to buy a home or refinance. We have done both in the past year and have really appreciated their help and enjoyed working with them. Keep in mind you have to be willing to do the work! Get your ducks in a row and be realistic about your home buying expectations. Respond to emails and upload requested documents in a timely fashion and things will go smoothly. You can't go wrong with Veterans United!!
This is my second time working with Mike and Veteran's United and I am grateful for the amazing service, communication, and speed to which he and his team have handled my Home Buying experience.
They walked me through every step. We had hiccups that had nothing to do with Veterans United, but they kept me going & reassured me that things were moving forward and gave me steps to keep is on track on our end.
Initially started strong then lack of communication had some rough sledding for a while but in the end last minute you guys came through. Communication has to be better.

It cannot be understated how amazing and helpful Sam Brown and C.J. Snook are.I've been with Navy Federal for 13 years. My experience with with them, for some reason, was atrocious. I was pre-approved all the way up to a week before closing and I got a decline and had no communication with my loan officer there.
