If you are debating on using Veterans United to purchase your home, I would absolutely without a doubt tell you that they are the best way to go! Buying a house seemed like something that would never happen for me, but thanks to my team the idea that seemed so far away is now my reality. Without my loan officer Josh Jennet and loan coordinator Ofelia Clements I would not be sitting in my bedroom in my new home. I highly recommend working with them, and I will be requesting them the next time I buy/refinance. Thank you Veterans United and my loan team!! Forever Grateful
Just want to reiterate that we had almost giving up on buying a house and Alice got us more than we had asked for and ensured we closed ahead of schedule. She took it upon herself to rectify our situation and get us our house. She has excellent people skills and an immense knowledge of her profession. She deserves a raise!
I could not say anything negative about Veterans United Home Loans or about Devin and Jason and I could not say enough good things. I knew very little of the home buying process but they patiently walked me through and made the whole process quick and easy. All parts deserve an A++.
Didn’t answer question. Busted settlement date atleast 2 times. Last minute submissions required. Overall would have preferred someone else.

Was not impressed with the loan assistances, I started for feel like I was being passed off between the two. This made it very difficult to get paperwork processed, and I was constantly have to resend items. For as helpful as the rest of the team was I feel the two assistants just weren’t 10 like the rest of the staff. But overall I’m very happy with how Chris, Sandy, and La Sar took excellent care of me.
I would recommend Tommy to and family and and or friend. I feel as though we built a genuine friendship during the process of attaining g the loan to buy my new house. My highest accolades for Tommy and eternal appreciation for making an incredibly stressful time bearable. Thank you Tommy!!
