The buying experience was great and not stressful
At first I was a little skeptical having seen the TV commercials, but my experience was was about 11 months from my first contact to closing was always helpful and very responsive. I delayed my purchase for some personal reasons but when I began to make offers, my loan officer responded to questions even on weekends so we could write the cleanest offers. The follow-through and follow-up from my loan team was very comprehensive and always timed right when I needed the info. In the end, it was a stressless purchase. The Selller, Seller's agent, and closing agent all complimented my loan team for being proactive and always in front of the work. I so glad I chose Veteran's United. Tonight is the first night in my new house thanks to Veteran's United.
