When asking about the staff you left out Sarah and Dawn. Sarah was one of my first initial contacts and I knew right then and there that I made the right choice in choosing Veterans United. If I had a question, she made sure I had an answer within minutes. Dawn, there are no words that would be enough to describe her and the help she provided. As well as all the other three people that I commented on, Dawn was the one I leaned on the most for answers. Dawn and I along with Evan, had just regular general conversations not related to mortgage. It was like we knew each other already. The whole staff were such amazing people, they all made this purchase such a smooth transition and I surely will be coming back in the future.
I get emails from Veterans United but it doesn't say anything new. I've gotten lots of emails and I don't see anything new, no new information. I don't like the fact that I was attempting to get a mortgage modification but instead I'm told my house is up for foreclosure.

Naturally the home buying process is stressful pretty much no matter what but Lance, Levi, Rich, Brady, and everyone else who helped along the way eased that stress. They were knowledgeable and patient and explained everything. Kept us up to date the entire time and were there to answer any questions or concerns we had at any time. I appreciated that Lance checked in on us multiple times just to see how we were doing. My husband and I are both veterans and this was our second time purchasing a home. I had plenty of issues with my apt, code violations in 2020. When my neighbors apt was condemned in 2021 I knew I had to move. On 05/10/2023 I started my journey with Kat to find a home. The entire building ended up being condemned June of 2023, a month later. Nov 13th, 2023 was a day I could finally breath fresh air, literally, as my apt was leaking feces from above and below me into the basement and through the inside of the walls. I lived on the 1st floor, and could feel the apt starting V collapse. I am so grateful to Kat and the team for helping me get to a safe place to call home and finally start living instead of surviving.
