I think there were some requests that were made that were not quite right. But the end result was great!
I wasn't very knowledgeable about all the steps in purchasing a home but it was ok because the team I had with Veteran United had all the skills needed. They guided me through the whole process and answered all the questions or concerns I had. The website also provided excellent information about what to expect. Veterans United was recommended to me and I would absolutely pass along the recommendation to others!

Every member of Shane's team were called on many times during this process and I have to say battered with questions from me on a daily basis. Working with the VA home loan was a wonderful experience! My wife and I were skeptical being our 3rd time trying to get a house through the VA but this was the experience we were expecting! Everything was great and easy process the team was great this time attending to our needs and being so helpful explaining the process to us more thorough then the past 2 times. Great experience start to finish.No pain anywhere and a very quick start to homeowner in only 6 weeks. Wife woke up one day and said she wanted a house and six weeks later we closed.
