What I did not like about this process was the impersonal nature of it. I was asked to sign paperwork digitally, not knowing what it meant or what I was signing. Having to talk with someone about the process that actually has experience in these documents would’ve been much more helpful. I also didn’t like that the closing was pushed back two different times due to non-completion on their part. But again communication would’ve been so much more helpful and actually being able to pick up the phone and talk to a closing agent versus everything through text emails. I am not a loan officer, nor a closing agent. I do not have the knowledge of these documents. It would’ve been nice if they could actually explain things and talk to you. So no, I would not use this again, nor would I recommend it.

Overall, it was a great experience, and I am not sure why I have never thought of using Veterans United in the past. The Team was very efficient. Kudos to Michael, Bettina and the rest of the team behind the scene.

I was introduced to Veterans United through a mail-out brochure. I had not heard of them before but decided to give them a call. Right away, I was impressed with their exceptional customer service. My calls were returned in a timely manner, and my questions were answered with courtesy and respect. My loan team consisted of Katie and Brie and various behind-the-scenes associates. They all worked very hard to ensure that my loan closed on time. They were nothing less than outstanding.Overall, I was VERY impressed with Veterans United and would highly recommend them!

I loved the online signatures. The title company was impressed with how much of the paperwork was done online with Veterans United. The title company said it cut down on how long it took for final signatures as most of mine were already done.
