Mr. Tyler Chinn, has done such a great job in his duties. I could not have asked for anyone better in assisting me in buying my home. His diligence is outstanding. Communication is excellent, his ability to explain all the steps of the process was clear and if I did not understand he was available whenever I had questions. He was my go to person and he was always professional yet when we got to know each other, it was like I was talking to friend I have known for a long time.

This is the 2nd home purchased with Veterans United in the last eight years. It was wonderful to find the same loan processor as we used before which is a testament to the company as the employees don't turn over often.
