Kayla, Dennis, and Josh were amazing at what they do, Individually and as a team. We are a military family and had to find a home and close out of state. The whole process was done over video, phone calls and sms. I was a little nervous, scared and basically did not know what to expect. The whole team guided us all throughout the process and was very patient. They listened to our concerns and answered our questions promptly. They took turns updating and informing us of any changes, and sometimes just reminding us to sign documenta 😅. I highly recommend this team!!! I have use Veterans United for 2 home purchases in a little over 2 years and both have been great experiences that were stress and hassle free.
I wish we would have gotten on the same page about what I wanted to put down on the house, not the day before closing. 68.25% was a lot better for me than 19%. That's ok though, we got it figured out and I am happy with the outcome
