In 2012 my wife and I were buying our first home. We were working with a realtor who put us in touch with a loan officer who obviously didn't know VA loans because they said we couldn't qualify for the house when we knew we could. We fired them and met Veterans United who made it happen no problem. Here we are in 2023 and just closed on a cash out refinance for the same home. The whole process was super fast thanks to Jay and Juan. Do yourself a favor and skip the other companies that tell you one thing and do another. Just go straight to Veterans United because they will tell you right up front what you are able to accomplish without forcing things. We are not planning to move ever again but if a refinance is an option I have Veterans United on speed dial and will look nowhere else.
