Billy went above and beyond with helping me navigate everything that needed to be done. At times refinancing was really a pain, but Billy really stepped in and offered solutions to every hurdle. The job got done, that’s about all I can say. No one is to blame that I dealt with because they were probably just doing what they were told. The process had me doing things three and four times.I have gone through Veterans United before to buy a new home and that process was way easier than this refinance. So, good job at getting it done, but I feel like I did more than I should have.
During this very important decision to buy home the team was over the top with sharing information and step by step explanations of what to expect.
