I think I communicated with a total of four VU reps: Ross, Halie, Kole, Crayton. All were stellar in the services provided. I would like to say that instead of feeling catered to, I felt confused as to who I should contact for what. I'd rather communicate with one person and have that person work with their team behind the scenes. This is a personal preference, but one I thought I would share. This is my second loan with VU and I look forward to continue working with VU on future home purchases. I tell other homebuying friends to be sure to check out VU.
