I think for future purchasers just having list of best practices for home buying simplicity. Example, I paid for our escrow out of an account that was not linked to PLAID and it caused a BIG stir! But had I have known it needed traced or tracked I would've just used the one account.

I want to give a huge shout out to the IT and admin team that handles the mobile app. Being able to scan and upload documents made this buying experience second to none. This is my third home and by far the best from a logistics standpoint. Thank you for all your hard work making this an almost stress free buy. I will definitely be back when I buy another home.

Overall, the actual mortgage services were excellent. Applying, underwriting, and closing all went more smoothly than I thought possible. Some of the additional services may have been more beneficial if we were moving to a new region; the concierge merely provided lists of utilities providers rather than contacting or facilitating transitions on our behalf. Since we only moved one town over, we already had all of the information the concierge was able to provide.
