Zach has made the process as simple as can be and took a lot of stress off the entire home buying effort. I got quotes and offers from other lenders through my company's relocation service, but nothing came close to what Zach and his team provided. 5 stars and I'd definitely recommend. The only thing I'd change is that my mortgage was immediately sold off to Planet Home. I get it. That's the business but I really wanted just one place to handle all of my mortgages. Now I have to go through multiple companies. It's not convenient.

I really appreciate the opportunity given to us by Veteran's United, we finally have our first home. Everywhere in PR we were either turned down, asked for many ridiculous paperwork or just plain ignored us. Jordan advised me on how to raise my credit, Eli, Courtney and Kyle called and emailed us to help us set up our paperwork and everything was complete within a matter of weeks!
The internal underwriters at Veteran’s United were the most unorganized, arrogant, and callous department. They are clearly the wizards of oz behind the curtain. As a result, I look at underwriting at a whole difference perspective. If anyone ever interviews with me at my company and I see that they have underwriting experience, it will automatically caution me hiring them.
