overall had a great experience with veterans united , struggle to get in contact with some members of the team but once talking to them we were able to talk me through how to jump through the hoops at the end as some late required documents were already packed up , they were able to walk me through other ways to acquire the requested info

I've never met a team of people like the one I worked with. Their hearts are beautiful and if afforded the opportunity to work with them again, I definitely would. Pre-approval to closing took 25 days and I believe if it wasn't for their hard work and push, I wouldn't be in my home this fast. They all need a raise and promotion in my honest and most humblest opinion
Being a first time homebuyer with my husband, we didn’t know how any of this worked. But everyone on our loan team was very helpful and kind in answering any questions that we had.
