We did not receive the closing papers until the day of closing. A three day window is required, l believe. To get the final paperwork the very day we were to close was very frustrating to say the least. Also the initial closing doc that we saw had us paying approximately $2500 cash at closing. Realizing it was only an estimate at that time. When the final numbers came in, the cash at closing jumped to over $10,000, and that was the day of closing.
Either I miss understood what the HUD statement figures was telling me, or the initial estimate of funds required to close was grossly under estimated, the matter was, in my opinion, miss represented.
To be positive, your team of professionals were extremely helpful, and contributed to a successful outcome.

First I want to say Eli was amazing. This was by far the easiest loan process I have ever seen. He stayed in constant communication with me and made sure I understood everything from the pre approval until the closing...which only took 27 days by the way. We actually closed 3 days early.
