The title company was awful. They sent the wrong paper work and I had to leave work last minute the next day to redo the paper work with a notary I had to find and then try to ship it out. They would only do fed ex when the closest fed ex is an hour away. We have usps and ups but they said the usps password for their account they didn’t know it.
We cannot rave enough about the service we received from Veterans United. From start to finish our Veterans United Loan Officer was amazing! He provided guidance throughout the whole process. We cannot thank Veterans United and our loan Officer enough for the experience.
This is our second time using VU and I know if when there is a 3rd time, we will return again. Thanks for taking such good care of us. I can't imagine a simpler/more care free process.

My wife and I would truly recommend any one not only veteran to use United Veteran as their loan officer. They explain everything to you with not hassle. We started out with Rocket Mortgage, and they didn't explain any details on getting a loan. All they were concerned was getting your MONEY.
