VU picked up our loan after a horrible experience with another company and got our loan done in about 45 days as promised by our loan team. They made sure every I was dotted and every t was crossed. At the closing everything went smoothly as promised. My wife and I are completely satisfied with every facet of our loan. VU HAS ALL OF MY RECOMMENDATIONS. And YES!!! I have to say this whole team was an absolute pleasure to work with from the very first call I made to Brandon Sterr. I came to see Him as the Captain of the Team, not sure if that is how it is but it seemed that way to me. Total time, from the day we submitted our offer on the house we wanted, until Final Closing on our New Home was 15 Days. I am assured by Friends who are home owners that that short a time only happens with Homeric Effort on the part all involved and I appreciate it more than I know how to express.

It was a bit cumbersome dealing with 3 different people and the loan paperwork. It would be much more efficient to have just one.
Overall my experience with veterans United was great. Our loan officer, Dawn was very informative and reliable throughout the process. From start to finish our process was relatively easy and fast paced. Our tasks to get the process done were straightforward and the end result was a home me and my family love. The only thing I would recommend not doing is using veterans United recommended realtors. We were provided one and they never got back to us after two weeks and three calls. The second one provided didn’t seem to be interested in helping us not answering phone calls or questions to the point they didn’t show at closing and told us we couldn’t go which was untrue. Do your research with realtors find one who fits not just one who’s provided. Dawn, Drew, and Blair were Fantastic through the process and I recommend going through them.
