First, the organizations team assigned to me was very customer-orientated, basically they made my initial interaction extremely comfortable. The team displayed trust, honesty, integrity, clarity and clarification, on all matters. I was always referred to to right team member for questions and clarification. The team took pride in their work, continually proving respect and dignity to my spouse and me. it would have helped if there was some type of video to view of the entire process going forward once an offer is accepted on a property and the process begins with going into your page and reviewing documents etc. it was about a 3 week delay for me b/c did not appreciate how important reviewing and knocking off the check list was.
