There is no bank we would give a higher recommendation for in regards to our veteran home loan process! They are ON TOP of it! They never became frustrated with my daily abundance of questions. They are all courteous and professional and you won't find anyone who works harder to help you! VETERANS UNITED FOR LIFE!
The team I had, Jack, Nick, and Olivia, best group ever! They kept me on track even when we hit major delays for house repairs. They guided us more like friends instead of a loan agency! Every vet I know has already been told about them and how they worked us thru even the tiniest obstacles! If I ever do this again, I will be looking to them! They made this painful process almost completely pain free!
Brett Peter's (our credit officer) was wonderful! He went above and beyond in assisting us getting our credit scores aligned. Overall, the entire team and process was great! I would definitely recommend to anyone!!

The biggest issue that I had was that I received and email that we were ready to close week ahead of schedule, but no one could tell me how much money I would need to close until late two days before. Both veterans united and the title company were blaming each other for the delay. The money had to be wired so I had to leave work early before the banks closed the day before closing to make sure it was done.

Guys.. we appreciate everything. Truly. With that being said.. We did not get a final walkthrough of the property. Second when we got given the keys to the home.. got to the property.. the water meter was removed. We have no water, and no idea when we will, or who will be paying for this water meter. I can tell you now. It wont be us. Not without a fight. This is unacceptable. Additionally, my wife and I had to do a lot of leg work including foundation estimates and more. Including handling what we felt the team, and the title company would not. Sorting title issues. Maybe this was our job? I am unsure. Felt like we were doing a lot.
Veterans United has a solid team of professionals working there. The whole process was a breeze and had great communication throughout. They make buying a house simple.
Everyone I spoke with was amazing! I cannot say enough positive things about Heather! She took all my calls and answered some of the same questions multiple times. Her professional and kindness made me at ease
