Overall, the process was good. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We appreciate the hard work everyone put in to make this happen.I would only say that collective communication and shared understanding could l have been better. The home buying process is stressful enough. It's even more stressful when there's 5 people asking things of you. There were times were the agent would ask for information. We'd give it to him. Then the loan team could call us at work asking for the same information. There were other times were we'd ask the loan team a question that we apparently weren't supposed to? However, there'd be no explanation of why.People seemed very hesitant to actually explain certain concepts we weren't grabbing. In addition, when questions were asked (by us), it felt like people were only listening to respond, not to understand. We wanted this experience to be one we could also gain a great deal of knowledge from. We feel we missed out a bit in that area. However, everything else went well.

The professionals that helped us throughout this process were amazing.

My loan officer Viola’s support was instrumental in making my homeownership dream a reality. She was always there to answer my questions, to explain confusing parts of the loan process, and to help me navigate. I felt honored to have her as part of my team.Kyle, my concierge was also super helpful. He made the aftermath of home-buying easier.

Veterans United made our home buying experience extremely easy and provided so many resources to help with our purchase. I would recommend them to everybody I know!

I just wanted to send a Mount Everest size thank you to my Veterans United home-buying team; each of you played a vital role in me and my family finding and purchasing our dream home.

Veterans United is a beautiful project for veterans and you are loved and appreciated!
w/Love the CHERAMIES!!

Couldn’t ask for a better team. Thank you all so much for making our home buying experience so quick and painless. Would definitely recommend!

Missing closing, due to paperwork oversights was poor form. Especially after it had been on the calendar for a month. This change caused alot of undue stress and multiple service provider changes costing me money and time. Started out strong but finished weak. Overall not the best experience in home buying. Would recommend but with a few caveats.

10/10. I was referred to Veterans United from a friend who spoke highly of the organization, and I have already referred them to a few friends in need of a home.

There was nothing more that they could do to make it easier. Very friendly and informative

My wife and I would definitely recommend Veterans United and Charles Lacey to our family and friends.
