We found ourselves in an unfortunate family situation and it was necessary for us to refinance our home. Jeremy Henry and his team were recommended to me by my daughter who bought a home through Veterans United just 2 years prior to this. I called and the ball started rolling. Jeremy sensed my anxiety and reassured me that he would be available every step of the way. Those weren't just words. While I know that he had more than just myself as a client, I felt that I was his team's sole focus. I would highly recommend Jeremy Henry and his team for any mortgage-related business.
You have to prove too much with veteran's united. I would rather use my credit union where I can easily get a loan because of no debt and what we're worth.
Neil Hansen and the entire team were great to work with. Courtney Gilmore would answer all my questions no matter how many times I might have asked the question before.
I would not recommend that Veterans United use the appraiser that was sent to do my appraisal. It seemed that the appraiser would nit pick the things she found wrong no matter how well the repairs had been done.
Kathleen Wyble, the lady who kept us all on our toes, did a phenomenal job keeping the ball rolling and making sure everyone was doing their part. She was very instrumental in making this such a positive experience.I will recommend Veteran's United every chance I get. And, although I hope to never move again, if something changes I know Nate Bitner and Veteran's United will be the first call I make. Thanks to everyone who made our experience so perfect.
I'd highly recommend Jason and his team. In fact, I've wanted to recommend them, but Veterans United automatically assigned me to Jasons team, and I imagine they do the same. If there's a way to connect my friends directly to the team that helped me, I think it'd help

Nick was awesome and extremely helpful during the homebuying process. Any questions that I had he was able to answer and he also helped give insight throughout the process. Overall Veteran’s United was a big help with buying our first home.

This should be known, Veterans United loan officers there are very dedicated and obsoletely do very exceptional, this is my third VA loan, they made me a Happy camper every time.

Pre-approval on 9/2/22 and closing on 9/26/22...what's not to love about that? The team from Veteran's United stood with me through every step. I used the realtor recommended by VU, and it was a great experience. Communication from every member of the team was top notch, and questions were answered quickly and accurately. On 9/1 I wasn't even looking for a house... but here I am on 10/2/22 sitting in my new home typing a review. A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!

My real estate agent Jacob Benetz was the best. I could tell he had my best interest at heart. He was always available if I had questions about the loan process or about the various inspections and appraisal. He was very knowledgeable (He could. drive up to a house and in seconds tell me that the home would not pass inspection). I would highly recommend Jacob to anyone interested in purchasing a home. Veterans United, you guys have a valuable asset and his name is Jacob Benetz!!!
