I can’t say enough about how much I loved working with Lauren and Anthony. Lauren is such a pleasure to speak with and Anthony was as well. I feel blessed to have had both of them represent me, and Veterans United is such a great company who truly cares about the people they represent and always kept me up to date, which was such a great change from my past experiences. Their online setup is easy to navigate through and if I can reach any veteran with this, my advice would be to go through veterans United. It’s well worth your while. They care, and you know you’re more than just a number which is a nice change.

We would like to give a huge thank you to our loan team. From start to finish, which by the way was a very long time for us, they were there to help with every question we had and worked with us on getting documents under short notice. The navy played a lot of games with us, changing a lot of stuff last minute, but that didn't affect anything this team did to support us and get us through this. We will definitely be coming back to VU for our next home.
Everyone at Veterans was consistently working to provide me with great service, rapid and thorough communication as well as ensuring my loan closed on time. Even when we had to change the closing date at the seller's request they were able to pivot and keep everything on track flawlessly.
