I actually took the time to read a lot of the reviews from other vets. Getting there VA United loans and searching for a home. To say I thought their reviews were blown out of proportion is an absolute understatement. Now I understand that they like me did not have the words to tell how appreciative they were of their teams. The entire process took less than 30 days and was as stress free as humanly possible. I feel like a fool for having thought that people were exaggerating. Now I know no matter how high you put them on a pedestal, it is not high enough. I think that of my VA UNITED team and any other team out there with VA united that's helping other vets. Words don't exist to show our appreciation. But thank you, thank you.

If we could do this process over we would have never went with Veterans United! In the beginning when my husband and I weren’t actively looking for a home, we were getting messages constantly from Mary asking if there was anything she can do for us! But once we put an offer on the house the communication was barely there! Many times I would call her and just receive a voicemail.
Not only was my realtors frustrated with her but also the selling broker was getting frustrated! My realtors tried calling and contacting her and they barely got through. It was truly a headache for everyone! She told my realtor closing cost for our home would be estimated at $10,000. So we put an offer on our home asking for sellers to pay it. They accepted it! Come to find out we should have asked them for $15,000 and because of her estimate she gave our realtor, we were looking at paying more money at closing! It was so bad that even our realtors were sacrificing some of their commissions. When I asked the Loan coordinator, Mason, if we can get another loan officer. He said he would put in the request. The same day we finally heard from Mary and it seemed like she wanted us to feel sorry for her cat dying and her being stuck on the side of the road. But we only had 18 days before my family of 5 plus 3 pets pcsed to WA. I really do believe she felt her situation was more important than ours.In the end we never received a new loan officer and the realtor and selling broker made things right and we were able to get that extra closing cost!We ended up closing on our home but I really do believe it was because of my realtor and the seller’s broker!
Response from Veterans United
Maurice, thank you for speaking with me further about this. I’ve also shared your feedback with your loan team. Your feedback is the best kind of insight we can use to pinpoint where our best practices need some fine-tuning. If you need anything else, I’m only a call or email away. I hope you can get back to settling in from here a little more at ease.
Always in your corner,
Dave, Client Advocate

Very happy with the TEAM that helped me and really appreciate their work!

Bryan Oldham should be reprimanded for his lack of support and unprofessional attitude.

Great people.
