I would suggest to any Veteran to utilize Veterans United. Home buying is a happy time but also very stressful during the entire process. Veterans United ensured everything was taken care of in a quick manner and alleviated almost all of the stress during the process. They treat you like a part of their family and not just another account. We couldn’t have asked for a better team or company to fight for us. Thank you!

For the first time buyer like me it was easier and smoother process. I loved it.

Overall a fantastic and seamless experience. Absolutely thrilled with our experience with VU! Thank you for making our first home buying experience an amazing one!

The Veteran's United team that orchestrated my first home purchase was a phenomenal team to work with and made the entire process seamless and easier than I could have imagined. The team as a whole kept me updated with everything I needed to know, every step of the way, resulting in the home I wanted and closing at a time fitting perfectly in my schedule. Working with this team again would be a great privilege and I would highly recommend their services to any buyer in the future.

We did discover that we needed to pay off car loans but it came very late in the game (at closing). We had assets to pay them off, and it worked out fine, but I'd have preferred to do that initially to have them free and clear. I think the underwriters may have put us there. It was on the documentation but with the hundreds of pages of docs, it can get buried easily. In the end it was really a moot point, but having someone tell us "this is what is happening in order to make your debt to income ratio work" would have been more helpful. Had we known we would have just had them paid off before closing.
