Everything was good. Having multiple people was a bit difficult. Dropping the ball on communication. Plus different time zones made it harder as was 5 to 6 hours. So getting phone calls or messages early to interrupt sleep. But overall they got the job done in an incredible timely manner.
Our first time buying a home turned out to all workout in the end, however we feel like it could have gone much smoother. Jeremy had a difficult time getting others interested and motivated as well as he was. I’m disappointed in the poor quality of communication with his team between ourselves and our realtor. I know he had tried to get the other agent and underwriter to understand the issues, I do think they made some mistakes and his job harder. For example, things were discussed about and determined but the other people didn’t make sure it was done or finished until the last days. It made a lot of errors and resulted in unnecessary confusion and more work and concerns between everyone involved in our closing. I hope he gets better team members. In my opinion, if Jeremy was put with the right people and team, he would be able to accomplish anything!
VU, especially Kevin Redmond, stayed with me through offers on multiple homes and keeping me appraised on funding resources needed. I'd definitely recommend VU!

I noted in an email that they may want to exercise more tact in phrasing some questions. (One question in particular was accusatory and presumed that I had done something wrong when I hadn’t.) I called it to the team’s attention and it was never addressed. It left a bad taste in my mouth for an otherwise flawless experience.
