Matt is a National Treasure and we would not have gone with VA United but for him and his tireless work! Abagail was amazing. Lora stepped in at the end and kept the pace, just an incredible group of professionals. When certain "Realtors" want to downgrade VA loans it literally was VA United that had us ready in 3 weeks, it was our realtor that was the slow poke. So I can't love these people enough!!!

They were incredibly patient, responsive, and always took the time to explain anything I didn't fully understand. Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed of what documents were needed and reminded me of each step along the way, which helped me feel confident and organized. The best part was frequently every time I heard from them; it was more good news! I am very grateful for all of their help and would highly recommend them to every veteran, especially first-time homebuyers looking for a knowledgeable and supportive mortgage team.

My loan officer Josie with Veterans united made my first home buying experience a breeze. She knows everything there is to know and was always friendly and helpful when I needed to talk.
So I couldn’t have asked for a better loan team then Terri Behrens and Jackie Cox. By far outstanding during the whole process. Terri was able to answer any and all questions I had while making the whole thing super painless and stress free. Even more so since I am in the Navy and stationed overseas at the time during the home buying process. She worked with me and hooked me up with the perfect realtor and got me in a home for my return stateside. If I could give a higher rating then 10 I would. Already recommend them to my friends, and will definitely use them in the future.
Definitely deserve a 10/10. After we closed, we received a box in the mail. It was a welcome gift for my autistic child. I never thought they would've sent that package. At no point was a package ever discussed.
