By far the worst experience buying a home. They are not up front about anything as far as what will be needed and required to get to closing. On 4 or 5 different occasions they would say I just need this one more thing and we'll be good to go...oh we just need this one more thing and just one more thing, and then the day before your scheduled to close they say hey we need one more thing, but that thing takes a week and you're closing date gets pushed back for the 3rd time. These people are a bunch of idiots that don't care about veterans or there families. I do not recommend them to anyone and never will!!

I recommend this company to anyone looking for a VA home loan. Everyone that was on my team was absolutely wonderful. The resources they have on their page on top of their knowledgeable staff make sure that you aren't lost in any step of the home buying process. If you're looking to buy a home, definitely go with Veterans United, you won't be disappointed!
The knowledge of products and how they best serve my needs were what brought me back for a second time. VU did not let me or my family down. Mike, my agent, always had my best interests ahead of “selling” me a product. If it didn’t make sense, he wasn’t in it to press for my signature. From start to finish, he and others along the way (shout out to Samantha in underwriting) demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and commitment while delivering their product in a smooth timely manner. VU understands the mission.
Awesome process. Very easy platform/interface to utilize. The level of urgency to close the deal was on point. Happy, happy, happy.
The team we had was outstanding. We got the best deals and it was all totally personalized, huge for my family and will 10/10 be recommending them to future home owner's.
