Filtering is necessary as this was the most frustrating, stressful home purchase process I've ever had. Phone calls not answered, last minute requirements, total lack of communication every step of the way. The day we signed our closing we discovered (after arriving) we had MORE documents waiting for e signatures, slowing an already angering situation even more. This is after being told we were all done and ready to be finish. Maybe more training is necessary. Will certainly look for another lender if I ever do this again.

Everybody was absolutely amazing on the team we had. Everyone was super helpful and quick to respond. As a first time home buyer and veteran the experience could t have been better. It was even cooler that everyone sent me a personal coffee cup which stays with me at the barber shop and is used every Saturday morning for coffee and donuts before the big rush.
