We would recommend Veterans United to absolutely every veteran. Anyone who wants and qualifies for a VA loan should use them. We have had several loans through them and wouldn't consider anyone else. Even our realtor who was reluctant to deal with a VA loan has a whole new appreciation after dealing with Andy at Veterans United.

The issue I had was with underwriting. Every time I turned around they were having me jump through some sort of hoop. I previously used Veterans United with no Issues, so I do not know what changed.

Everyone on my team were very hands on. My phone calls were answered or at least returned in a timely manner. Late night text messages were answered as well. My wife and I put an offer in on our home on April 8th and closed just yesterday (May 25th). The only item that was concerning was at one point I needed to remove the finance contingency and it was difficult to contact anyone to determine whether it was okay to do so. Otherwise the experience was great.
Veterans United did a outstanding job. The portal and application is easy to use. Great to have the application ready to go wherever, the mobile experience is outstanding. Ability to pull up a document or reference one is seamless. The quick videos and explanations are a great addition. The experience was great but most important is the talented team I had.
