The process is simple but thorough. The loan team does a really good job with keeping you informed on all necessary steps in the process.
Sold loan within days of closing. I get to play wack a mole with mortgage companies now. Had to jump through hoops to close, had to paid for additional inspections. Not Veteran Friendly, name is misleading as it is a DBA for different company.
