Matt and his team were always there to calm the fears of a first-time home buyer. We chose Veterans United over all the local options and I'm glad we did. Although the mountain of paperwork was sometimes intimidating, it was easy to upload the necessary paperwork to the site and get this process completed. I wish to thank Matt and his team. Our dream has come true!!
As an almost 9.5yr vet from 2005-2014, I've had 3 deployments and when I found this house for sale, I knew it was a great deal, but my anxiety was just through the roof. I would not recommend using Veterans United because throughout the home buying process it was hard to get ahold of my team. On most occassions i would call and leave a message and wouldnt hear back for days, if at all.
Besides the communication difficulty i thought Wes Dyer and Dylan were great. They are polite and very helpful. I wasnt a fan of Brandon, He was kinda rude, made a number of mistakes, and from my persepective, just didnt seem to care about me.
Chad, Ryan, Kelley, and others are all super helpful in the process. Chad even help out with getting the points for me. Awesome!!
