Several people there helped us often to get all of our forms completed and tasks done to move things along for loan approval, and eventual closing. Alberto was amazing at his job. He answered every question we had and even gave us his cell number and answered when he was on vacation. Communication was terrible and when items were needed it was not articulated properly. When my questions went unanswered I was told sorry we had refinance accounts to handle. Well they don’t have deadlines and closing dates but I do! Needless to say closing was not on time and they blamed the title company for not sending proper paperwork but the title company clearly did well in advance and I could even see who it was sent to. Do not appreciate being lied to when I asked what the problem was. A little integrity and humility goes a long way and neither were shown which ended up costing me time and money. I would never use this mortgage broker again.
