Everyone on the entire team was available at all times. I felt like I could’ve asked anyone a question at 2 in the morning and they would’ve picked up right away, that’s how good they were.
Megan and Jason were so great to work with. They kept us well informed of our progress and were there to answer all. questions. I especially liked the To Do feature that I could check and see if I needed to do anything to keep things moving. The upload feature for providing documents was also very convenient. I have family members who are Veterans and I would recommend Veterans United to them and anyone else that I might know that could use their services.

The only fiaso was with the appraisal having the wrong listing and bedroom types, ending with the appraisal the same as the listing price. So, we learned that whatever we list a house at, the appraisal will be just that as well and happy to know when we go to sell in a few years.Thanks again!
