I just wanna say thank you to the team at Veterans united they are amazing folks, when they say they will do everything they can to get you in a house they mean. The team bent over backwards for me and really showed how much they care about us veterans. Thanks again
With a company that is working with veterans regularly I would have expected them to know and warn us about somethings needing to be done. I had issues with getting call backs at one point I called 3 days in a row before I got ahold of someone to ask questions about information they needed. I left amessage each day and I only talked to them because they finally answered. I even tried texting. This was about a document that they sent to my realtor to have me sign because they were trying to get it in the portal. So they gave personal information including Social Security Number to my realtor that I never authorized. Then at the end they need us to sign something that we got to them on Wednesday ight or Thursday morning before the original closing date of Monday 5/15/23 knowing it would take the VA could take 10 business days to authorize it. My realtor was requesting to know if we would close on the 15th with the team and they never got back to her I called and had a priority message sent for them on Friday and Saturday to let us know so we could do the paperwork to make sure we could extend to closing date. They never got back to us. That paperwork that needed to be sent to the VA was not submitted on thier side till Tuesday the 16th after closing. I called the VA Wednesday morning to make sure they had it to see what could be done on getting it rushed and they had not received it yet. So I had to call the team again to get that rushed over to them. I will say on a positive note the team is friendly and nice. They did start off great, and I received 2 wonderful gift sets one that had something for me and the house and the other gift with something for our dog. I do appreciate your help for getting our first home.
