My experience was excellent from start to finish. Having everything located in one place with To Do's made the process extremely smooth without missing anything. great step by step process and all involved (to include Title/realtor...everyone involved) were professional with excellent customer service.

My home insurance was gouging their prices and no one bothered to until I showed my realtor the home loan paperwork. The insurance quote was sent directly to VU so we didn't have a chance to compare. Shouldn't someone in underwriting say something if something seems off?
It was very nice to have the team helping. They kept me a head of things all the time
After a hiccup on closing day Mike and his team moved heaven and earth to get the correct paperwork so I was still able to close on time. I definitely recommend mike and his team.

Due to previous issues, I was a nervous wreck by the time Jason Bals and his team began working with me to buy my dream home. But they walked with me right up to the close of my new home. They made me feel valued through the process. I would recommend them to anyone! If by chance I ever look to purchase or finance again I would hand it to Jason from the beginning. Great experience all around. As a first-time home buyer, I really appreciated the effort the team put into making this a great experience. When we first started walking through the process, Emily was great and answered all of our many questions and was very informative and educated on the process and the path forward to homeownership. Rynda was very knowledgeable on the admin and financial documentation requirements and answered all of our questions with the portal site and was very helpful and kept good communication with us throughout the process. Shawn was great and always made sure we were happy and understood each step of the process and did an amazing job overseeing all steps and took the time to explain things to us when needed. P.S. The portal is a great tool to help keep you on track with all required documentation/admin and relived a lot stress knowing we were on track.
