It was surprisingly easy to buy a home without a realtor. I bought my aunt's home from her and Veteran's United made it super easy with the ability to eSign most of the document and they gave me a step by step walkthrough of what I needed to do. I asked a lot of questions along the way and was always directed to a resource that was helpful. Happy to finally own my first home.
