Unhappy because everthing was going well until an issue arose with the title and no one wanted to take responsibility.My closing was delayed for months and no one was able to suggest any solutions except that it was nobody’s fault but I was still expected to fit the bill for the extra costs.Thomas hall was supposed to be assisting but when the issues arose he couldn’t be bothered to answer any of my emails.

Have a better understanding of mortgage, insurance, taxes and closing costs. Get the home inspection! It could save you thousands!
