If a veteran doesn’t use VU for their home loan and attempts it on their own I’ll personally put VUs number in their phone (I don’t mind twisting arms). The whole process was super easy. It was amazing that our only stress was choosing a house, we were informed every step of the way, and the UI on the app worked amazing, was easy to use, easy to navigate, and packed with information.Thank you VU for a home for a veteran, my veteran wife, 2 children, and even our dog!!!!!Oh and I hate cheesy gifts, but the personalized cutting board was A+
