Veterans United was an excellent choice and they helped guide me through the process in a challenging market. Everyone in their organization that I interreacted with was helpful and responsive. Their online portal was convenient and intuitive (and allows almost every step of the process to be performed virtually). Everything about the experience was perfect. Veterans United was a great choice to use a VA loan with. If you want to use a VA loan to buy a house, this is the way.
Katie went above and beyond to make this deal happen. She checked in on me for over a year making sure I didn’t give up. She is a rockstar. Once I was under contract Neisha took over and she over the finished line. Neisha means business she doesn’t have time for the small talk. She is very responsive and without her I don’t think we could have made our deadline. Great job team.

Veterans United was my lighthouse during my buying process! Everything went wrong with my first seller and I had already cancelled my lease, so I was stressing out!
