All in all I was rather disappointed with this home buying experience. This is the second time I've used VA Home Loans to purchase a home for me and my family. Sadly I think it will be the last. The entire process was frustrating from start to finish, especially when my remote signing contract arrived with several errors that needed to be corrected. It delayed the process by an entire week, adding more stress to an already stressful 3 months.

This is my second home purchase, but my first with Veterans United, and all of my expectations were exceeded! From day one, when I submitted my initial application, I could tell I was valued as a veteran and as a customer. My loan team made the process so much easier, compared to my first experience. I never felt like an annoyance or a burden. They made me feel like my questions and my concerns were important to them too. When I finally went under contract, the timing was difficult, because I was getting ready to leave out of state for work for 4 months. My VU team made our closing happen in record time (less than 3 weeks!) and I was able to move into my new home before having to leave, which was such a relief! I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. I will always buy with Veterans United!
