Overall, I am quite satisfied with everyone at Veterans United. However, so many people doing so many different things was frustrating at times. Perhaps an update to the system is in order to bring everyone and the borrower into real time on informational data. I still recommend V.U., but be prepared for lag-time in the process.
Erin and Lance were beyond helpful and we appreciate all ofthehardwork and time they dedicated to helping us through the process of purchasing our first home.
