They stick by your side through the tough and easy times. There were times I just wanted to say to heck with it. This was not on their part but that of the seller. I honestly can’t imagine how this entire process could have gone any better. I was so impressed with Veterans United’s professionalism and proactiveness from the very beginning to the very end. (I’m even writing a review right now which I never do!) They really did make it feel like they were just waiting by the phone for me to call/text them whenever I needed. Their customized welcome and congrats packages were pure class and unexpected too. I really can’t say enough about these folks.
