My loan team was exceptional. They always answered any questions I had in a timely manner (within minutes) and explained everything so I understood the entire process without any confusion. They worked with my job schedule to make sure we can keep the process going without any delays. My team (Joe and Amy) were the best and I wouldn’t want to work with anybody else. I would highly recommend Veteran United to anybody I came across looking to buy, refinance or anything else.

The ONLY critique Jess and I have is the way that the team reached out to her employer for proof of remote work. I think these questions can be answered by the employee, recommend minimizing contact with people’s employers unless absolutely necessary.

There were a few things along the way, but one major one was when Ginny sent my credit score in the email and she CCed the realtor which I’m pretty sure is a privacy issue
Everything went really smooth and was very transparent. We would use Britney McMurry and VU again for a future mortgage.

I never thought I would see the day that I would become a homeowner. At this stage of my life and what I have been through with my health and being homeless for a few years, there is no way I saw this dream becoming a reality. When I left Colorado in 2019, I was a broken vase going back home where I grew up to try to glue my self back together. God, my family, West Los Angeles Veterans Medical Center and Veterans United have all provided the necessary glue to piece me back together. As I write this review, I’m sitting in Castle Rock, Colorado enroute to pick up my daughter so she can bring me to my new home in Virginia Beach near her and the rest of my children. I am so grateful and thankful to the Veterans United Home Loans team for making me a proud home owner. This really is a blessing and a dream come true for me and my entire family. Thank you!!!!

Dava was AMAZING! She was very thorough with me when it came to this process and calmed all of my fears. She answered every question, even if repetitive, in a timely fashion. She made sure that I understood everything before we moved forward, and she kept me up to date with everything going on. What I appreciated the MOST was that we went over my budget and discussed what I was comfortable with paying upfront, because she wanted to make sure that I was ok with my monthly payments. I really appreciated that. She always had an upbeat, positive attitude and that helped me to stay upbeat and positive. She was great!
