I would suggest… better initial response. Better interactions with the actual loan offer. It wasn’t until I talked to another company that VU became interested in assisting us. And yes I moved this transaction along very quickly; Janaire was a SAINT in assisting me! She was the star of our refinance! She called every step of the way after I requested it. I had many questions and she helped every time.

WOW!!!!! I don't know where to start!!!! We put a contract on the home of our dreams on March 18th ....April 18th we were in closing!!!!! I still can’t believe how easy Veterans United made this process. We closed on our home in just a matter of weeks. I loved ability to e-sign documents and the to do list that helped tremendously in keeping up. Closing was a lot easier because most of the documents were already signed. I was living in bad circumstances in an elderly apartment building Mike, Brittany, Kim, and Emily worked diligently for me to get the home of my dreams and get me out of there. Every one of them worked above and beyond for me God sent me angels and they didn't stop until everything was accomplished.
